Fat Lads Football

CLUB BIO:

Fat Lads Football is about getting folk off their couches for a game of football. It's open to anyone, fat or not, lad or not. It's essentially the level between Walking Football & proper 5-a-side. It's a kickaround to get a sweat on, no proper tackling, to minimise chances of injury.

All good fun, come for a good laugh, no pressure, no expectations, come to lose weight, increase fitness, just to get out of the house for a bit, meet new people, have some fun, whatever your aim is (it's more fun than going to the gym). We're an inclusive club. You don't have to commit to coming every week, come along whenever you fancy, or when you can fit us around other commitments.

We welcome players of all abilities and fitness levels to our regular chilled kickarounds. Suitable for players aged 18 and above. Great to improve fitness, lose weight, whatever your aim is.

It's £4 subs (on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays) and £5 subs (on Thursdays) each for each session (to cover the cost of the pitch, equipment, etc).

KEY INFORMATION

We currently have 4x sessions a week:

Mondays: Llandrillo College, Rhos-on-Sea (19:30 - 20:30).

Wednesdays: John Bright's Leisure Centre, Llandudno (20:00 - 21:00).

Thursdays: St Asaph Leisure Centre, St Asaph (19:30 - 20:30).

Fridays: Dyffryn Conwy Leisure Centre, Llanrwst (19:00 - 20:00).
